World War II showed us just how inhumane the human race could be. Luckily, it also showed us how heroic ordinary people could become when necessary. Now the 1940's are popular once again. Young people are listening to the music of their grandparents and learning to dance like them. Movies on World War II are getting critical raves and making it big at the box office. Just like with any trend, the internet hasn't fallen behind. Here are some of my favorite sites about this time in history. The Ultimate Cary Grant Pages is dedicated to one of the most popular actors in classic movies. Find out about his movies, his personal life, and even answer some trivia. Do you know all the characters he played? A must see for any Cary fan. One of the best shows to be made in the 1990's was about a radio station in the late 1930's and early 1940's, called Remember Wenn. Linda Young's Remember Wenn Fan Site has everything you need to know about this program.
