Dreamages, A Primer!
This is a great site to start our tour. The authors discuss the dream
journal and the three kinds of dreams that you are to look out for, how
to recapture dreams that are fading from memory and lots more! As an added
bonus,..the graphics are great -- kind of mystical and dreamy.
The Dream Tree
Did you know that everyone dreams at least five times a night! If you are
having difficulty recalling your dreams, there are some suggestions at this
site to help! One that I found particularly interesting is this one: the
moment you wake up, don't open your eyes! To find out exactly what you
are supposed to do, click on the section entitled "methods and ideas."
This site is updated monthly and is looking for participation from their readers.
Dr Dreams Resources For People Who Dream!
This was just the kind of site that I have been looking for! Dr Dream has
an entire section devoted to paranormal dreams! Mutual dreaming was
especially interesting. He also has some good advice to help you dream each
night. It's as easy as getting into a comfortable position in bed and then telling
yourself that you want to dream. Perhaps putting the thought in your mind starts
the entire process!
Dreams...The Bridge Between the Ego and the Subconscious!
The author of this site has been recording her dreams since the 1970's and
has about 6000 dreams on which to base her theories. You will find her quite
fascinating. My favorite sections dealt with nightmares and what they mean.
If you suffer from dreams such as these, you will not want to miss this discussion!
Lucid Dreaming
For those of you who don't already know this, lucid dreams are a little
different from the normal dreams that we "enjoy" each night. In a lucid
dream, we are awake and know that we are dreaming! But are they really
dreams at all? There seems to be a little controversy here.
The Dream Page
This site is one of the largest that I have seen. It touches upon many topics
and goes into great depth for every one of them. I doubt that there is
anything that you might want to know that isn't covered here! There are even
a couple of dreams that have been analyzed for you to see how it is done.
Cyndi's Dream Interpretation Guide
The first thing you will notice is how mystical this page is; it puts you
right in the mood to think about dreams and what they could possibly mean.
I also found something a little different offered at this site: TTAQ
Method for interpreting your dreams.
Actually there is a lot to keep you occupied! There is a dream FAQ (Frequently
Asked Question list), information on sleep walking and a section on False
Awakening Dreams along with a sample dream of the author's, explaining
exactly what this phenomenon is. And that is just scratching the surface of this site!
The Dream Vortex
When you arrive at this site, you are greeted by this line: "This is where we
come to dream!" So be prepared, this is an interactive site. The author
invites you to submit your dreams and either she or a reader will try their hand at
interpreting your dream. You might also want to check out the Dream
Game, and when you are done, visit her vast network of links. They will keep
this web tour going indefinitely!
