Bio info:
My home state of New Mexico has been touted as the Chile Capital of the
World. I realize that finding good (i.e., HOT) Mexican food anywhere
outside the Southwest is virtually impossible, so I want to share some
cyber sizzle. My favorite meal at a local restaurant is sopapillas
stuffed with green chile and ground beef, served with green chile con
carne. Mmm!
